One of my favourite photos of Zenden. Many pple have been telling me they love his big eyes & super long eyelashes!
Boys at this age can b rather mischievous at times...
... but afterall he is still my darling. Hope we can educate him well.

3 Jul 2011... Little Rayden is exactly 1 yr old!
Happy 1st birthday to my little cute meatball! :)
May he b blessed wif gd health & happiness always! Hope he will grow up to b a gd boy wif gd character & moral values.
Had an advance mini celebration for the little birthday boy on 2 Jul. Booked the function rm & catered buffet. Bought a Tigger cake for Rayden too. He is so amazed when all gathered to sing the birthday song for him hehe. Overall it was a successful party wif gd weather, gd food & gd company. Really appreciate everyone for making the effort to attend Rayden's party as well as all the ang baos, gifts & well wishes for him! :) Photos of his celebration can b found in my Facebook.
Times really flies! Babies grow so fast b4 we all know it. Can still remember Rayden in my tummy... giving birth to him ... taking care of him as a newborn & infant... seeing him grow day by day ... & now he is a 1 yr old toddler. 1 yr had passed juz like that! Itz impt to capture photos of babies at their different growing stages. Itz nice to look back at their precious moments in future!

The growth of a baby is simply amazing. Motherhood is such a wonderful experience!
Some facts abt little Rayden...He loves all kinds of food & fruit. A greedy boy hehe. I cook for him everyday from the day he started on solids coz for his age, homecooked meals r the best. Nutrition is very impt & variety of food matters so these r my priority when I prepare food for Rayden. All mummies will wan the best for their children!
From Nestle NAN HA1 to NAN HA2 to NAN HA3, Rayden has now proceeded to Enfagrow A+! Has oso breastfed him till he is 8 months+. He loves milk!
He is walking wif support. We will hold his hands to walk. At home, he will b either crawling ard or cruising ard by holding on to furnitures.
He likes to play toys wif his brother & now under the influence of Zenden, Rayden loves books too. We can often c him taking a book by himself, flipping through it & having his baby talks wif the book.
The words we have heard him say include gege (brother), gai (cover), car, bird, er (hungry), dang (as in xiao ding dang Doraemon) & most recently is papa. Still waiting for him to call me mama/mummy haha.
The things he likes include balls, cars, animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits & birds, Mickey Mouse etc.
He has a gd memory. When we teach him something such as a picture in a book, he can still remember it the next time round when we ask him. He will point to the picture we want. He can follow simple instructions too. Eg. When we ask him to take something & give it to us, he will really do it. When he's done, we will clap our hands & praise him. He will b so happy, smiling & clapping in return. ;) He is a curious boy too & easily gets attracted by new things. He often wanna learn more abt his environment & things ard him.
The little things he does can really make my day! Glad I can b there for him 24/7, giving him all my love & attention! I m oso there to catch his every milestone such as 1st smile, 1st word, 1st step etc.
Really love my 2 boys to bits! They r my joy! =)

3 Jun 2011... Little Rayden turned 11 months old!
19 more days to his 1st birthday! Really fast... he is turning 1 yr old pretty soon.
Cannot imagine I have already taken care of him for 11 mths+. From a newborn to an infant & soon-to-be toddler, Rayden has brought to us lots of joy & lovely surprises from the day he arrives in this world.
LOVE is important in his upbringing. Thankful that he is so well-loved by people ard him. :)

Zenden & Rayden r the fruits of our love! Many people said that Zenden looks like his daddy while Rayden looks more like me. (^-^)

[[Zenden is 3 yrs & 5 mths old!]]
Belated post...
Zenden turned 3 yrs & 5 mths old on 17 May 2011!
May he always b a happy & cheerful boy! :)
Forever our precious darling!
Zenden is now having his June sch holidays but he is definitely missing his sch life, esp his teachers & classmates. He has been asking me since the start of his holidays when is he going to sch. He said he wants Mrs Goh (his form teacher) & Mrs Sim (his assistant teacher). So glad he enjoys sch.
He has sch holiday homework to do during this sch break & I will let him do 1 page per day for English & Chinese but sometimes he will tell me he wants to do 2 pages each. He is actually looking forward to do his homework everyday. Most importantly is he enjoys doing it.
He is a boy who is enthusiastic abt learning, even his teachers told me during the Meet-The-Parent session. He simply loves reading, colouring, writing, doing art & crafts etc. Hopefully Rayden will take after Zenden in future. Under his elder brother's influence, Rayden is now beginning to like books too. He will pick up a book himself & flip the pages, at times will b having his baby talk while looking at the pics.
Zenden is now at the stage whereby have to nurture him properly. He will b easily influenced thus setting a gd example to him is crucial. He is a very observant boy who picks up things very fast so have to b careful wif our behaviours & our conversations. Most of the time he will b quietly listening to us speak & he is absorbing. His teachers told me he is a smart boy but will tend to test his limits at times which is true. We will analyse in different situations whether is it the soft or hard approach to use on him.
Giving birth to a life is not easy, the labour pains r enough to make one scream her head off. However at the end of the day when baby is out, his/her adorable little face is enough to melt ur heart & makes u think the pain is all worth it. Next is the challenge to raise the child. Itz an even harder task as life now revolves ard the little fellow. Whatever u do have to put him into consideration. Whether he fails or succeed in future all depends on his upbringing since young.
Until today, I m thankful that I can b a mother to 2 kids. I m enjoying motherhood & current life is such a bliss! Love Zenden & Rayden & of cos the man who created them wif me, dearest hubby! I have nothing but LOVE for them! :)

Oops was too busy that I forgot to blog abt Rayden's special day, hence a really belated post...
Baby Rayden turned 10 months old on 3 May 2011!
Happy 10th month to my little precious! :)
The little one never fails to bring smiles to pple ard him wif his cheeky expression.
He loves to bathe!
Simply love his 2 deep dimples which he has inherited from his daddy. 
Times flies! He has really grown so much! From a small & fragile baby to now, a strong boy who is getting heavier by the day.
My little sunshine who is so happy everyday. Being a baby is so lucky, no worries at all!

Some notes abt little Rayden...
He is a milk addict as he loves milk & is able to drink a lot everyday. I breastfed him for 8 months & 3 wks, breaking my previous record of breastfeeding. I breastfed Zenden for 6 months & for Rayden, I managed to perservere for another 2 months+ more. Rayden oso loves food, a greedy baby! Porridge, cereal, baby macaroni, vegetables, fish, meat, egg yolk, fruits, biscuits, bread, yogurt... He loves them all! Hope I will b able to nurture him into a non-fussy eater in future as itz impt to start early, introducing him a well-balanced diet since young.
He can recognise objects such as clock, fish, dog, rabbit etc. Whenever we say those words, he will b turning his head towards that object. At times he will b pointing at them. He can oso imitate the sounds of a dog. When we say "woof woof", he will try to make the sounds too.
Rayden is constantly learning new things. He is now crawling & pulling himself to stand on his own. When we hold his hands to walk, he is able to move his feet. Dunno when he will b walking on his own as Zenden only started walking independently when he is 15 months old. Really waiting for the day when the 2 brothers hold each other's hands to go out together. That will b so sweet!
Will b updating soon for Zenden as he is turning 3 yrs & 5 mths old this coming Tues, which falls on Vesak Day! :)
