Baby Zenden turns 4 mths old 2day =)Happy 4 mths to my little 乐语!Brought Zenden for his vaccination & checkup at TMC 2day. He has grown taller & heavier, now 62cm & 6.51kg. As usual, Dr. Edmund Koh checked him thoroughly. We told him tat Zenden's left eye always have eye shit & sometimes will b teary. He checked & told us there's a slight infection. Gave us eye drops & taught us how to massage the corner of Zenden's eye.He oso said tat Zenden's right side of the skull is a bit flat. He advised us to put him sleep on his left side instead so tat his skull can b "balanced" & grow more beautifully. We had previously observed tat & had tried putting him to sleep on his left side but Zenden seems to prefer his right. We tried again when we got hm & darling finally succeeded in letting him lie dw on his left (:Sleeping so soundly in his new position.
We asked Dr. Koh abt starting him on solids. We asked him abt the brown rice tat we bought, whether can we feed it to Zenden. Though itz stated on the packaging tat infants can eat it at 4 mths, he said itz best to leave it to 6 mths. He recommended rice cereal instead. We have bought it, tink will let Zenden try it during this wkend.Zenden was such a brave baby 2day. He did not cry at all when being injected on the thigh. Darling shook his fav trumpet rattle to distract him. Dr. Koh asked me to hold on tight to Zenden's thigh while he inserted the syringe. The syringe went in... came out... but Zenden was so calm. Tot he will cry after a while but he did not. Dr. Koh was so surprised & kept saying "well done" & "very gd" to him. Zenden... Daddy & mummy r so proud of ur performance 2day :DWhen we came out frm the rm, we sat dw while waiting for our turn to pay & collect medicine. A caucasian couple wif a baby gal were there. The baby's granny was there too. She asked darling whether Zenden had his injection. She's surprised tat she did not hear him cry coz her grand daughter cried upon injection. She's a mth older than Zenden. Saw her drinking milk on her daddy's lap, so cute & sweet! B4 setting off to TMC... took a few pics of my happy baby!
He will always b so happy whenever he sees us nicely dressed up coz itz an indication tat we r bringing him out. 
As itz Zenden's 4th mth 2day, we had to let him lick a big chicken drumstick as told by my mother-in-law. Itz some sort of a tradition, like an "opening ceremony" b4 he starts on solids.Boiling the big chicken drumstick for baby
.Opening ceremony in the evening. Haha... Little Zenden is so cute. Darling carried him on his lap while putting the chicken drumstick near his lips. At 1st he was kissing the chicken. After a while, his tongue came out & he started to lick it.Wat's tat on my lips?

Poor baby is having a fever now due to the vaccination. Had fed him paracetamol. Hopefully he will recover fast.Wet handkerchief on his forehead to bring dw the temp.
Lying dw in his playpen & looking at his daddy. While I m blogging now, he's already asleep but will have to wake up for his medicine again at 4am.

This is how much mummy loves Zenden. He becomes the wallpaper of my lappy. Whenever I switch it on, his cute faces will appear all over the screen.
Daddy oso loves Zenden as much! After he saw the wallpaper tat I designed for Zenden, he copied it frm me & puts it as the wallpaper on his lappy. It has oso became his Dopod's wallpaper =)
