Pampers Pic of the Wk's results were out yesterday. Zenden was very cooperative during his celebration. He allowed anyone to carry him. Despite him only having 1 time of nap tat day, he did not display any sign of tiredness. After the party, Zenden was exhausted. Loving moments between father & son. Darling fetched his mum, sis & bro home after the party while I stayed at home to wash up Zenden & changed him into his pyjamas. He fell asleep when I was buttoning his pyjamas, c how tired the star of the day was. Haha... His birthday gifts were as follows -- The tricycle from darling & I. It had a piano on it & when he pressed the pink buttons, the bear will clap & the flowers will move. There's music & running lights too. The tricycle is fitted wif safety belt & suspension. Zenden will always look on wif envy & baby tok whenever he c kids riding tricycles so we decided to get him a tricycle on his 1st birthday. A special gift for him. He likes it a lot! Darling's sis & bro gave Zenden a pair of nice-looking Max-Kool sport shoes & a set of interesting toy. Shall let him play wif it after I clean it. He's going to have lots of fun wif it. =) Justin gave him these... 2 boxes of puzzles. Zenden received 8 ang baos, a total of $940. Will b putting them into his acc. 13 Dec 2008 Sat... Itz Zenden's Day! Holding an advance mini birthday party for him in the evening, to celebrate his 1st birthday. Went to AMK to eat breakfast b4 we collected Zenden's cake at Bengawan Solo.Zenden waiting to have a look at his birthday cake after we reached home.

.................................... Tada! Presenting Zenden's 1st birthday cake! Zenden's a Pooh lover but we did not buy a Pooh cake for him coz we saw tat this "Baby Mickey wearing a bib" cake is nicer. Too cute to resist!
Collected the key to the function rm at 4 plus to decorate the place. Wif the help of darling's bro & my mother-in-law, decorations were up fast.The "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" words were bought from United Sq. "ZENDEN IS 1!" were done by darling & I. =)

Once Zenden reached the outside of the function rm, relatives who were waiting crowded ard him. They wanna carry the birthday boy! (;My 姑姑 carrying Zenden.

The delicious food were cooked by my 五姨. Though she's not a professional caterer, but the food she cooked had the standard. Very yummy! Cereal big prawns, deep fried salad you tiao, sweet & sour fish, fried fish balls, green veg wif mushrms, fried noodles, yang chow fried rice, chicken curry wif potatoes, honeydew & watermelon sago & orange mixed wif 7-up drinks. She took the efforts to cook for us though she had to attend a wedding dinner at nite, really a BIG thank u to her! She only took from us a minimum sum for the buffet hence we gave her an ang bao as appreciation. (:

Zenden ate his home cooked porridge at 7 plus, after which he was being carried ard by relatives. My parents carrying their little grandson.
After dinner, everybody gathered for cake-cutting.Zenden looked like he's clapping.

Everybody sang the birthday song for him, in English & Chinese versions. He was amazed wif so many pple singing for him. I made a wish on his behalf & held his hand to cut the cake. =>
Let him have a taste of his own birthday cake but only a tiny bit. His 1st time eating cake. All along he had been eating food wif no salt or sugar added (Best to avoid them under 1 yr old).
