[[Zenden's 2nd time at the ZOO!]]

Haven't been blogging for a wk. Was rather busy or should I say lazy? Hehe. Was addicted to Viwawa's GROWORD. So in love wif this game. (^-*)

Nevertheless I still managed to put my cooking skills to gd use last Fri. Cooked dinner for my parents & hubby.

Fried egg, cereal prawns, spinach wif abalone, teriyaki chicken wings & Campbell's Cream of Chicken.

My 1st attempt at cereal prawns. I tink the dish could b improved. Compared to those sold at "tze char" stall, my cereal was not crispy enough. Maybe itz due to too much oil or margarine, the cereal became rather soggy. But overall, my parents & darling said itz delicious. ;)

At the end of the dinner, all the food were swept out & wat's left were the empty plates & bowls. =)

We 捞鱼生 too.

Little one looked on but he seemed to b participating too wif his pair of chopsticks. Lol...

28 Jan 2009... 3rd day of CNY.

Darling was still enjoying his holidays thus we decided to have a family outing.

Zenden's theme of the day was brown. Brown clothings & brown sandals. Hehe...

Well... Our little boy is heading to...

... the Zoo!

We paid only $9 each (Usual price was $18 per adult) using the 50% discount voucher we had.

We saw otters, pigs & white tigers.

Fishes too.

Engrossed wif the swimming fishes.

Hippos.

Monkeys & parrots.

Snakes & python.

Pics wif the cow, snake & sealions.

Hehe... Zenden was holding on to the sealion's head for support.

In the pic wif them was a giraffe.

The leopard was behind Zenden.

I love the polar bear. Zenden kept pointing to it & said "bear bear".

Wif Ah Meng's statue. There's a water fountain too.

God of Fortune was sitting on the ox.

The beautiful bed of flowers. The feeling's like the "Sentosa Flowers" thingy.

The newly opened "rainforest kidzworld".

Could c diff types & colours of horses in it.

Whenever Zenden sees horses on tv, he will make the horse galloping sounds. He could now have the chance to c the horses live.

He could c goats too.

There was this little hut & everything inside were so "antique". When u step into it, itz like back to the olden days.

The fridge wif the cute little chicks in it.

The cockroach looked so real. If itz tat big in real life, I will definitely scream. Haha...

The kitchen in olden times & there's real white mice in the cage.

Wif the white cow & the golden cow.

Kidzworld has a very fun water playgrd. We didn't bring Zenden's swim diaper, towel & our stuffs along so he could not play wif the water. But we r planning to bring him back there again, tink he will definitely enjoy it.

Croc, rhinos, ostrich & flamingos.

Zenden saw all the animals in the zoo except the flamingos coz he fell asleep when we reached there.

So tired after a long & hot day.

The weather was gd so we managed to roam ard the whole zoo & visited all the animals, unlike the 1st time whereby it rained thus leaving our trip incomplete.

The outing made the 3 of us more suntanned as we had to walk under the scorching sun but itz definitely worth it as we had a happy time 2gether. Zenden was an animal lover & he could c the animals in his books & flashcards actually come to live, a great learning experience for him. =)

I love spending my day wif hubby & baby. :)
