[[I become Zenden's personal hairstylist]]

I trimmed Zenden's hair yesterday.

He was seated on his highchair in the bathrm half naked wif only his diaper.

I trimmed his fringe, side & back. He looked neater & more babyish wif his new haircut. =)

Straightaway bathe him after the haircut.

After he woke up frm his nap, I took more pics while he's seated waiting for food.

I combed his fringe to the side.

10 to 11 Apr 2009... My parents went for a 2 days 1 nite short trip to Kukup wif my relatives, 20 plus of them in total.

My parents didn't buy anything for themselves but they bought a shirt & a set of pyjamas for little Zenden...

... & a box of sushi set for darling & I. Super yummy! =)

Last Sun, we went to Causeway Pt.

Bought a new swimming suit for Zenden as his swim diaper is getting too tight.

A beach set. He can use them to play sand at the beach as well as waterplay in the bathrm & swimming pool.

A cup wif attached straw. Wanna train him to drink frm a straw.

Therefore on Mon (20 Apr), decided to try out his new swimming suit to c if it fits.

So glad it fits on the little 1 perfectly. :)

Haha.. he juz loves to sit wif his 2 legs behind like a Jap boy.

Darling was saying Zenden looked like a diver.

"Is my new swimming suit nice?"

Brought him down to swim in the late noon. Oso brought him to the pool yesterday, 2 days of swimming in a row as the weather was simply killing.

Zenden loves the water! He even performed new stunts by lying backwards wif half his head in the water & turning his body 360 degrees. There were a few times when his whole head & face were covered wif water or he choked on the water but he's not scared at all.

A pity Zenden's 2 little girlfriends didn't come down to swim too. He made 2 frens at the pool previously. 1 is Kate, 16 mths+ & the other is Angelina, 17 mths old. They r really adorable baby gals! ;)

Zenden started to swim when he's juz a few mths old infant. Till 2day, he loves swimming & will b so excited when he knows I m bringing him to the pool! Itz a gd form of activity for kids & itz best to start them young. :)

Look at what his daddy has done. He teased Zenden by putting on the swimming cap for him.

We were all laughing like mad coz he looked so cute walking ard wif his swimming cap.

Saw the tv ad he likes.

My little beach boy is getting more tanned wif the frequent swimming sessions.

Holding on to our psp. He will point to the psp & said "pssss" when he wants it.

Darling switched it on for him.

Wow... he's really playing!

A while later, he lay down & gave a big yawn. Haha..

Up again to continue wif his game.

He's playing the bicycle game! Darling taught Zenden which button to press & the next moment Zenden pressed it by himself & the bicycle really moved!

Backdated to 16 Feb 2009... The day Michelle flew off to Melbourne for further studies. We all went to send her off to the airport.

B4 setting off to the airport, we were invited to 小姨's hse for dinner.

Zenden could not walk on his own at that time so we had to hold him while he's exploring ard the playgrd.

He loves the playgrd & I believe all kids do.

Little 1 was seated on the luggage trolley. 五姨's beside him.

Little Zenden became a human luggage too. ;)

22 Feb 2009...

Bought this fishing set for Zenden frm DAISO. Only $2. Zenden loves playing wif them while bathing. He can point to the items & tell me "net", "fish" & "crab".

After shower.

Changed & waiting to go out.

Out for dinner 2gether wif my mother-in-law, darling's sis, bro & his gf.

We ate at LOY KEE.

Zenden oso ate a little of the fragrant chicken rice & tofu. Tink he muz have found it nice coz my greedy boy kept asking for more.

B4 I end this post, wanna note down some interesting & cute things which Zenden said & did.

In the car...

I drove so darling was seated behind wif Zenden.

He pretended to have a phone conversation wif Zenden.

Darling: Hello Zenden, what is mummy doing?

Zenden: Mummy 在 walk walk (very clear!)

Darling: What is ur name?

Zenden: Zenden (very clear)

Darling: How old r u?

Zenden: 2! (Not yet 2 but said he's 2 haha)

Zenden saw an MRT which was moving on the track.

He pointed to it & said "T" (his version of MRT), followed by "gong gong gong" (like the moving sound of the MRT).

At home...

Showed my IC to Zenden & ask him who's that?

He looked at my IC photo which was taken when I was in Pri. 6. He replied "jie jie". Recently he pointed to my IC & kept saying "kor kor" (Maybe he realised I looked more like a boy wif hair tied behind LOL).

After that we showed him his daddy's IC, my mother's as well as my father's IC. All the photos were taken very long ago when younger. We asked him the same qn.

His replies were...

His daddy's IC: "Kor kor"

My mother's IC: "Jie jie"
My father's IC: "Uncle" (maybe itz coz my father has a moustache in the pic LOL)

We showed him our recent photos & he can identify correctly.

When he looked at his own photos which were taken when he's younger, he will say "baby" but sometimes he will say "kor kor". When he saw his recent photos, he will say "Zenden".

When he farts, he will say "poot... 好臭".

When he passes motion, he will say "大便... check".

When he accidentally urines in the bath tub while bathing, he will admit "小便".

He can differentiate between passing motion & urinating so can start toilet training him soon.

When he watches soccer on tv, he will shout "soccer... goal!" wif both hands up.

When he wanna come down frm his highchair to walk, he will say "I want walk walk". I removed the tray & b4 I unbuckle his seat belt, I will disturb him by asking him "what must u say?" He will reply "please... 谢谢."

He will do the flying kiss wif action. He puts his hand on his mouth & goes "mmuuackk" loudly.

At the swimming pool...

Zenden saw 2 pairs of children's shoes at the side .

He pointed to them & told me "Shoes... 臭臭"

Kids r juz so innocent by nature. =>

Zenden has a very gd memory & learns things at a fast pace. He always surprises & amazes us by the things he said & did. That is the reason why I love to capture him on photos & blog abt his everything.
