Shall note down Zenden's flashcard achievement which he succeeded a few mths ago. I kept 4getting to blog abt it, now finally remembered. :)



I have a set of alphabet flashcards. Each card has a pic & a letter representing it. I use the cards as a teaching aid for Zenden. I teach him everyday & soon, it produces some results.



When I show him a particular card & ask him what is the pic representing the letter, he can tell me on his own!

B for? Bell (ring ring ring wif hand movement like shaking a bell)



C for? Cake (clap his hands & try to sing the bdae song)

~ Batam trip (Part 2) ~

Part 1 can b found in my earlier post.



1 May 2009... 2nd day of our holiday. Itz Labour Day & we were spending it in Batam. :)



Morning view. Took it rite after I woke up.



My 2 darlings were still sleeping like a log. Love to c them sleeping side by side.





Darling woke up! Our morning-still-tired looks.





After we got ready, woke Zenden up for milk.



Once he's done, set off for buffet breakfast downstairs. Zenden had a little bit of plain porridge, eggs, cereal & fruits.







After breakfast...



Kailun & Beckham went to play pool. Little Zenden decided to b their audience. Liyana was carrying him.






"I wanna play pool but I m not tall enough, luckily I have Xueyun jie jie & uncle Beckham to help me." Hehe...

After I finished showering, darling told me Zenden was asleep. He muz b very tired after the swim, look at the way he slept hehe...

We got ourselves ready as we were going to the Batam Mega Mall. Woke Zenden up to feed him some food b4 we set off.

The big mirror came handy when we wanna take couple shots. :)

Took the bus to the shopping centre & it seemed like a long journey.

Finally reached & we could shop!

Shopped for many hrs b4 the bus drove us back to the hotel. Bought fast food back to eat.

In the evening, went downstairs for a walk.

There's a shop selling souvenirs & while waiting for the adults to buy things, little 1 sat on the rides for a while.

We dined at the cafe. The set we all ate was nice. Fried rice wif egg, cracker, ikan bilis, peanuts, fried chicken, satay & veg.

Zenden sat in his stroller for a while & wanna get up. Thus we took turns to carry him & eat. There's a lady singing live on stage at the lounge outside the cafe so we brought Zenden to c & he enjoyed listening to the performance.

At the end of the day, he's knocked out.

We had a late supper of cup noodles after he slept. Hehe...

2 May 2009... Our 3rd & last day of holiday.

As usual, had our buffet breakfast downstairs at the cafe.

There was a teletubby doing his rounds & guests were taking pics wif it. Zenden was surprised to c it but he got scared when the furry thing carried him. Hehe...
