Last Fri, we finally collected our long awaited family album from the photo studio. Waited for 2 mths! Really happy & excited to c the outlook!The album is really pretty & the photos r well taken. Every pic of Zenden is so cute! Though the package is expensive but itz something beautiful for us to keep for life. Zenden can only b a baby once & we will only b young once as well so I feel that parents wif baby should have a family album to keep the lovely memories. When Zenden grows up, we can show the album to him & tell him "see... this is how cute u r when u r young." :)A peek at our family album... The cover. Chose LV as the skin.

When I look at the photos, I will smile coz the little 1 has so many different playful poses! I oso like our family shots.Simply love my cheeky little model & not forgetting his daddy! ;)
To me, Zenden is juz the cutest baby ever. He is the love of our love.~ Shall do a special update on Zenden's developments (PIES) as he turns 18 mths old 2day ~
* PHYSICAL * - Able to walk & run.
- Able to climb the staircase wif help.
- Eats all kinds of food & fruits. Rice, egg, avocado, banana, mango, strawberry, yoghurt, biscuits & bread r among his favourite. Drinks milk 3 times a day & cod liver oil once a day.
- Drinks water frm a straw.
- Sleeps independently throughout the nite. 1-2 naps in the day.
- Able to kick a ball.
- Scribble wif his right hand.- Will tell us b4 he poos but sometimes the "warning" came late lol.
- Loves to swim.
* INTELLECTUAL * - Able to address pple wif the correct term. Knows both of our names as well.
- Able to do greetings like "hi", "hello", shake hands, "high 5", "bye" & flying kiss.
- Able to name/identify food & fruits.
- Able to name/identify objects, animals, sea creatures, insects & vehicles.
- Able to say out number 1-10 in sequence (but sometimes a few numbers will b missing in between haha).
- Can say out my parents' car number as well as our car number in both English & chinese versions.
- Able to recognise & identify his own belongings.
- Able to name/identify colours (red, purple & orange).
- Able to identify pictures in flashcards & books.
- Loves to watch Hi-5, Barney, Doraemon as well as his nursery rhymes & educational vcds/dvds.
- Loves pretend play like cooking.
- Loves books.
- Loves to watch advertisements & able to identify the products in his favourite advertisements.
- Billingual. Able to speak/understand English & Mandarin.
- Can sing & sway along wif his favourite songs.
- Loves to imitate in terms of words & actions.
- Has a gd memory & learns things fast.
* EMOTIONAL * - A happy-go-lucky boy who is always cheerful & smiley. He never fails to make the pple ard him happy.
- However, he can b a little impatient & short tempered at times. Will make noise/cry if he fails to complete his task or gets the things he wants. We will use encouragement as well as discipline depending on the situation. Instead of giving in to him, we will sometimes distract his attention to other things & it works!
* SOCIAL * - Compared to the past, he is now able to "warm up" faster wif strangers & a different environment.
- Able to play & mingle wif other children even if they r slightly older than him.
As a full-time mummy, I have witnessed all of Zenden's progress & developments frm newborn till now. He has really grown up a lot! Seeing him healthy as well as learning & achieving different things at different stages give me a great sense of satisfaction that only comes once in a lifetime. (^-^)More updates in my next entry...
